Hi, I'm a web developer, and I frequently find myself needing to test sites on some of the more popular Android devices out there. Right now, I find myself needing a GS3 to test on a lot. I have a GS3, BUT.... I run CyanogenMod. I usually need to test things in Samsung's stock browser. I've tried online emulators, and they don't accurately represent how Samsung's stock browser renders webpages. So I've set up an AVD with Android running on emulated GS3 hardware, but I still need Samsung's stock browser. I've looked at ways to sideload it, but have come up empty... so now I'm thinking that if I can just get a hold of the stock firmware, I should be able to load it up on the emulator, right? Well... I don't know. That's why I'm here asking. I haven't found much on the intertubes about loading up the stock Samsung firmware on an emulated device. Has anyone here done that? Thanks I didn't find the right solution from the internet. References: arstechnica.com/civis/viewtopic.php=1233123Internet Marketing Video
